myAT&T App Missing Data Usage for My Number

Using the myAT&T app, I can see the data usage for the other number on my account, but not for my number. It has the days of the billing cycle progress bar, but the progress bar for data usage is missing. The disclaimers "Note: Data usage is accrued per phone..." and "Data usage is measured in megabytes..." show up, but the actual data usage is missing.
I've tried reinstalling the app to no avail. If I dial *DATA#, it works properly, so I know it can't be because it thinks I've recently changed my data plan.

If you have recently changed your data plan, the app will not work until the next billing cycle. It is accurate online or via the number you stated. Why? That is a really good question!

I've downgraded to the old version of the app (or should I say upgraded?) and it works now. Is there any way I can report this bug to the folks that work on the myAT&T app?

That's odd... Why would changing your data plan affect the reporting of data used, and WHY would it take a fresh billing cycle for the app to be able to handle that?
Are you sure about that? That's a REALLY odd 'bug'...
