AT&T Uverse Support for iPhone apps (BTN2GO & ESPN Watch)

Does at&t uverse plan on supporting the iPhone applications BTN2GO or ESPN Watch? And if so when might this happen? In order to use these apps you must choose your cable/phone provider in order to login in.  Directv, Time Warner, Dish, etc. are all supporting these apps.  I would think at&t would also be supporting them.

ATT has not made any announcements about that here in the forum.  You might want to check another source.

That is something totally different than what the OP was asking about.  What you have shown is an additional service you can subscribe to.  WatchESPN is an app that isn't available to UVerse customers yet.  Give it time since it was a while after HBO2Go and Max2Go were available to UV customer.

I have the same question, as I originally switched to uVerse from Comcast because they carried the big ten network and Comcast did not. I want to be able to use my smart phone over the ATT wireless Network and unable to do so, So I considering changing my TV service yet again, if ATT and BTN2GO can't come to some sort of understanding and provide access. I have no idea why uVerse is unable to get this done.

Comcast jsut got right for their customers to fully use the "WatchESPN app" it iOS devises, AT&T needs to step up negotioations so we have access to these capabilities too.

I've been trying to get an answer from U-Verse...AT&T  and anyone else they're affiliated with and just get the runaround.  They either claim they don't know about it, say they already carry the B10 network, or talk to the cell phone people because it is delivered on the cell phone!  It is really very frustrating and if they do not carry it by the time the season starts I'm out and over to Verizon for all of my phone and internet!

I verified that before I made the  post.  Att u-Verse is not one of the carrier options.  This is why I posted the original message.

Appears to be an issue between u-Verse and Big Ten Network and each tells me to deal with the other and I am in the middle here.

And it gets better, in the last few months BTN has been in contract snags with Dish Network and dropped them as a cable provider but no worries they're still on BTN2go while negotiations with Uverse have gone into a black hole. Ridiculous in every way.
