Error Message on Ipad U-verse App - the app was not able to retrieve the video

I am able to access and view the U-verse Ipad app.. But I when I want to watch any of the videos that are available to me, I get the following message "The app was not able to retrieve the video. Please try again later."

I use Apple Airport Extreme 802.11n for my wireless network which is connect to a Motorola NVG510.

Samalajoy, if it is a router behind router issue like the OP, yes you can have issues.
