U-Verse App says Im not a customer

Im trying to log into the u-verse app and it says "You must have AT&T U-verse TV service to use this app." I have service and can log in online, but not in the app. Anyone know how to fix this?

Do you have also have U-verse internet?

If you have both U-verse TV and U-verse internet, you should be able to log into the U-verse App using the same U-verse login information used to log into your U-verse account online.
You might try removing the app and downloading it again from the Apple Store. If you receive the same error message, call U-verse Technical Support at the number shown in my signature.

yea i removed the app and reinstalled still not working. Im calling them now. thank you!
