For some reason when I use the channel guide throught the website or on my iPad it does not show any HD channels, or much of any channels above 1000. Any ideas?

I saw someone else report that issue with the WRA; however, I see all of the HD channels listed in the WRA.

With both applications if I click on the HD only filter to on I don't see any HD channels. HD works fine on both STB's.
Also if I turn HD filter off to display all channels HD channels do not show up here.
I contacted support on Monday. Escalated to Tier 2. He was able to see the problem. He said that they would escalate it up, but of course havent seen any communications about it and it still isnt working.
Anyone seen this issue before?

Yes, I am having the same problem. It has been this way since I upgraded the home to HD last week. Please update to let us know when you have a solution. I also have the problem in the android uverse app.

Support says this is a known issue. They say any new subscriber after June 18th(the day I got service) has the issue. Not saying how long they expect it to be broke. Who knows.

Hey guys. I'm having the same problem with web remote and on the android app. No HD channels appear. We just moved to a new house and setup service on 6/18. Please let me know if anyone finds a resolution to this.
