Not using HD and only 50% of DVR usage. The box has been replaced and now the tech is coming back out AGAIN with another NEW BOX! Can't AT&T get reliable equipment? Tonight was my third call in two years with this same issue.
Found that the Suits 202 episode we were watching is also not availbale 'On Demand', but episodes 201 nd 203 were. Phone rep said his showed 201, 202 and 203 were available form his 'On Demand'. Think there's a link there?

My guess is that the problem is not with the DVR. Can you download and install SomeJoe's tool at the link below?
Once you install the tool, please post screenshots of the following tabs: IP/Profile, Error Table, Bitloading, & Coax/HPNA.
We can take a look at the screenshots to see if there appears that you might be an issue with your system.
