9900 OS 7 Bundle 2392 upgrade issues

No Release Notes or read me's files, does this OS update contain the charging fix for OS7 devices? (or is that in 7.1)

Attempting to update to this version fails for me on two different PCs using the latest Desktop Manager

(Backup & Install & Reboot subroutines run fine, the Backup part fails with a

unspecified error encountered [a:0x00000001]

and it then reverts back to bundle 1950

When I attempt to update wirelessly from the device, it still thinks OS 7 Bundle 1950 is still the latest version available.

Having the same issues with 9900 OS 7 Bundle 2392. Living in a rural area, I have to use the 9900 tetherd via USB to run the update from the BlackBerry DM. What happens in my case, the AT&T Communication Manager loses its connection as the update begins from the BlackBerry Desktop Manager on my laptop. Will try a wi-fi connection to the internet, then run the update. The phone obviously can't be updated at the same time its running a connection to the internet.
