If you're an ATT employee, answer me this. I have the new Blackberry Torch. This is supposed to be the best application you offer. I have been unable to accept incoming calls for almost a week. ATT tells me I can drive an hour and a half to their store and they will give me a new SIM card. That's not really an option. So then, your top notch organization decided to next day me a new SIM card. Although to your team, next day means 4 days. Nice work.
If this wasn't a work phone, I sure as heck would not have ATT service. As far as the Torch 9810 goes, it would be a great anchor for a duck decoy.
ATT is like a dish service provider. Once they have your business, they could care less about you. I don't even have the energy to get into their customer service call center; it would be nice to to talk to a person who I could understand. But, that's a whole different deal.
I can only hope my employer switches to Verizon.

I am very surprised that AT&T let you get away with stating the truth: AT&T Sucks. Between 9 A.M. and 1:30 P.M. today I dropped no less than 9 (NINE) calls. After my contract expired in August, I have continued to drop calls at the rate of 3-5 a day. That is on a good day. In between the dropped calls I find my phone "searching for network", blanking out, resetting, and in general making my life miserable. My most often used line as of late is: "Hello, hello, are you still there?" As an added treat, I especially enjoy having an incoming call, flipping the phone open, and having the phone go dead. The one good thing I can say for AT&T is they NEVER miss a billing cycle.
