AT&T's return policy has changed effective 10/07/12. You have 14 days to return the device & cxl without a ETF. Policy info HERE.

Still no word?!?! OS 6 works on this phone. I don't see why the majors carriers in the US (AT&T, T-Mobile) aren't releasing this phone. Any info regarding this?

I have been a Pearl user for business and personal use for about 4 years, I have an 8100 with updated OS and expanded memory, but I am still waiting for the 3G to come to AT&T. It is the perfect compromise between a high technology smart phone and a smaller, pocket sized cell phone. Almost half the weight of the new Torch. The reviews and specs are all impressive.

AT&T has many Pearl users who will migrate to the new 3G, if they have the chance. Cincinnati Bell is already marketing it to its customers, as are the carriers in Canada. I spoke with BlackBerry in Canada and they are ready to go with it, but they do not sell directly to customers, only carriers. In this high tech world, especially with all the business users of the BlackBerry, it would benefit AT&T to get the most from (and provide the most to) its BB base of subscribers,

Any word? Late 3rd Quarter or 4th Quarter? If not, who do we contact to give this a little push?

Yes please let me know too if there's some way to influence AT&T to carry 9100.

A month ago my 8100 died (it lived a long well traveled life) and had to switch AT&T devices (I hate the Torch so much!) I've already traded it for another's company cohort's upcoming upgrade and I need AT&T to get the 9100 before he realizes how painful the Torch is to use.
