I have a Blackberry, almost 2 years old now, so I'm ready for an upgrade. I really like the Blackberry Torch and would like to get one of these. However, recently my current phone stopped working correctly and I have very limited service. I've brought it in to the store and they said they can't fix it so a new phone is the best thing to do. I have insurance on the phone, so I want to know if I file an insurance claim, which Blackberry version will I get? I'd like to save myself as much money as possible. If I can get the Torch through the insurance claim, that is what I want to do. Please help!
