Purchased 10MB data plan for my Blackberry, but it is not working

Purchased 10MB data plan, but it is not working. I can't use my browser if I turn off the wifi, and I have set up the APN as wap.cingular and reboot my phone, but it's still not working. What should I do?

You need a BlackBerry data plan in order to use a BlackBerry on AT&T's network. All smartphones require an appropriate data plan.
