I have had my BB Torch9810 since Christmas, but I am just now seriously trying to setup voicemail. I'm having the hardest time. When I select the Voicemail icon on the screen it takes me to another screen which asks if I have the service on my account. I select yes and then I'm directed to a screen where I'm instructed to call Voicemail. I am prompted to enter my ten-digit number. I assume this is my cell ohone number. However, the "operator" says there is a problem and I should try later. This has happened six times. What am I not doing correctly? I have yet to see the screen with instructions that are shown in the tutorial. Thanks for any help.

It sounds like you're doing everything right so I'm not sure why you're seeing that error. It's possible that your voicemail number is different.
If you're still having this issue, would you please send me a private message with your name, account number, phone number and the best time to contact you?
To send a private message, you can either click on the link in this message or click on the little blue envelope in the upper right hand corner, click "compose new message" and type my username in the "Send To" field.
As of May 1st, I am no longer serving as the Community Manager for AT&T. This account will no longer be able to accept private messages. If you have an account related issue, please send a private message to ATTCustomerCare.
