Is it confirmed that ATT will get the FLIP?

My previous reply was to someone elses reply.  To answer the question about the flip device from RIM,  There is currently no official announcement that AT&T will be getting the device.  Maybe in 2009, but as of now, I would say not.

Found this on a Verizon forum. My area has good coverage by T-Mobile - for a few blocks from the house then it dies flat off according to the T-Mobile site to show coverage. Would have liked to try their G1 but ATT has a nice selection coming.

The BlackBerry Pearl-Flip, 8220 is out on T-Mobile in Black and Red. More colors coming to T-Mobile but non confirmed yet. The phone has not yet been confirmed on any other US service but im sure its just a matter of time. The BB Bold looks like its coming out on October 27th and the Storm is projected at November 16th.

Do you see the Blackberry Flip anywhere on AT&T's website?

If no, then no, it is not confirmed.

If yes, then yes, it is confirmed.
