My wireless HP Officepro 8600 printer is no longer being found by my PC. It was working but now isn't. Printer says it is connected. PC can't find it. I've tried everything I can think of. Any suggestions?

Have you tried re-installing or updating the drivers? You can normally get the updates from the manufacturers website, once they are finished installing please restart your equipment. This should allow the new drivers to take effect and you will once again see your printer. Please let me know if you have any issues.

I have had the same problem with my HP Photo Smart eprint printer. I have to delete all items connected with the printer and download with the disk whenever this happens. What causes this? The problem I am having with my printer now is that the scan to computer mode keeps turning itself off, so I have to go online to turn it back on.
