We just recentlty got a new all in one modem & router from AT &T. Now our Ricoh copier/printer/fax will not connect even though it is plugged into the router/modem. And we cannot print anything! From the desktops that are hardwired or the laptops.
Please help. I have called Tech support several times and they dont know how to help.

Hi,
Is the printer getting an IP address? If not then it may be a cable issue. Is the printer near any of the computers? If so you can plug the printer into a computer on the network and share it so that all other computers can print from it. You don't need it to be on the network unless there is no other computer close to it. Please let me know if you have more questions.
Thank you,
JustinF
