i am installing a wireless fax in home, it is asking for a passphrase off of my router. Where do i find that?

If your Modem/Gateways are the 3800 or 3600 series from 2WIRE, there should be a sticker on the side/bottom of the device. On the sticker should be 3 numbers, one is the serial number, one is the system password, and one is the wireless access key.
The last 3 digits in the serial number will be used in the wireless network name or SSID of the gateway. For example, if the last three digits of the serial number are 456 then your wireless network name would be 2WIRE456.
The system password is used to make configuration changes when accessing the gateway's user interface.
The wireless access key is the password use when attempting to connect to the gateway's wireless network.
