I was having a problem with some web sites not loading properly and it turns out that flushing the DNS or clearing the cache isn't going to solve the problem. I have a Motorola NVG510 modem/wireless router and the problem is with the modem and not with AT&T's network. I changed the DNS setting (using Google's DNS) and I'm getting much better results. However, I would rather change it in the router, so that I don't have to go to each of my devices and change the DNS setting.
