I am running Windows 7 connected to the Web through AT&T with a Speedstreem 5100 router/modem. IE runs with no problem, but I want to remote-connect to my office computer using VPN/RealVNC software. The VPN connects with no problem, but RealVNC gives me this message: failed to connect: The operation completed successfully. (O). The computer connects using a different router, so there is a problem with this router.
Is it a TCP/UDC problem? DNS problem? How do I connect through RealVNC using this router? Thanks.
