I have been having problems for months. Techs out, phone support, new modem, etc. The xbox is connected by ethernet cord to the modem. We have the fastest dsl offered by att in our area. Up until 6 months ago we NEVER had this problem. My son will be kicked off and receive this message, strict NAT type which can effect matchmaking. This is getting out of hand. I realize in the great circle of life it doesn't matter but here, today, I am paying a LOT of money for a service I am not receiving! PLEASE HELP.
