10 minute delay receiving sms via AT&T Messages app

When i send a message it goes out no problem, but it takes up to 10 minutes for me to receive incoming messages. Any ideas?

Has this always been an issue or is it something that just started happening?
Does it happen with everyone who sends you messages or is it more intermittant?

Is there also a delay in receiving new messages notifications on the PC?
Have you tried any troubleshooting like removing and reinstalling the app?

Hmm, not sure what would be causing that but let's see if we can figure it out.
Would you please send me a private message with your name, account number, phone number and the best time to contact you? I'd like to get you in touch with a member of my team to see what additional troubleshooting we can do.
