My text messages lately have been delivered late (or not at all), or else they fail to download. Coincidentally, AT&amp;T Message service does not seem to be available on the internet (via laptop). Is the Message service down? If so, when will AT&amp;T address the issue and fix it?<br><br>Finally, I have been an AT&amp;T customer since I got my first cell phone almost 10 years ago. In all that time, my customer service experience has been great and my cell phone issues minimal. However, I recently had an incredibly negative experience where I was treated like a not-so-smart person, instead of being treated like what I am - a well paying, loyal customer. How in the world did I blow through over 1 GB of data in one day when I was both attached to my personal Wi-Fi and not using the phone (with all appropriate data saving measures in place for each app)?! Instead of looking for internal errors or solutions, I was told to do exactly what I had already established to manage data usage. Thank you AT&amp;T customer service for making it clear what others have been complaining about all these years.
