Can't access internet.

I ve bought an htc ST-7377 but none of my Network and ISP providers is able to access internet services for me and mostly they say ''att internet settings are difficult in Ghana''.
Am getting frustrated nw, can anybody help me out?

Am in GHANA,West Africa.

Service Providers: MTN ghana,Gloghana,Vodafone ghana, Airtel ghana etc.

It appears that you are roaming but I cannot tell from your post if you are using the local SIM card.
