Can u picture text with no data plan?

Picture messaging (MMS) has nothing todo with data plan... If you already have messaging plan it includes MMS if you don't it will cost you $0.30 to send or receive.

I was pretty sure you had to have some sort of Data access in order to get MMS.  Even if its just pay per use.

Yes, Athena, the OP WILL have to have Pay Per Use enabled to send /receive MMS.

I could not send or receive MMS for years, and the reason was because my mother had disabled Data on my line. Once I got it transfered into my name I went to data pay per use and I started getting MMS right away.

You do not need to have a data plan for mms. It technically uses data. For this reason one must have a pay per use data feature. You cannot block data on your device entirely.  If you have an unlimited messsaging plan. 20 dollars for induvidual. and 30 for the family share. you get unlimited messaging. you do not need to worry about additional charges for using mms.  If you have pay per use messaging. you will incur a per mms charge.
