I have a messenging package 400 msg for $4.99, however, I am unable to send MMS messages and it appears that my telephone may not be configured. Could you kindly assist with this please or direct me where to go to get this rectified.

2. When asking for help, make sure to leave the make/model of phone you're using ;p
That said, you can either Google the SMS/MMS settings for your phone, or call 611 and have them check to see that everything is properly configured and provisioned.
