Can someone please explain to me the difference between the feature options:

Messaging Unlimited

vs.

Messaging & Data Unlimited

Besides the price.... lol...

trying to make the decision to change this feature and can not find anything comparing the two and what the differences are.

Please help, all would be appreciated.

Messaging Unlimited only includes text messages, MMS messages, and instant messages. Messaging & Data Unlimited includes anything else that uses data and doesn't require a monthly subscription fee, like surfing the internet and email.
