I have a new 8310 hooked up to my work Enterprise Server for email. I am getting all my inbox messages, but not my sub folders that are setup with rules in my outlook. My help desk staff showed me where the "Folder Redirection" menu option should be, but it doesn't show up on my device. Anyone know why or how to solve this issue so that I can enable my other folders? Thanks.

Not sure what your looking fro specifically. Its been a while since I had a BB device activated. But here in the manual in page 52 it might be what your talking about.
