MEdia ID Login Problem EC35

I registered for a Media Id, right after I registered I was sent a text message, I entered the authorization code

It then took me to the home page, I accidentially hit the back button and it sent me a new code

SO now when I go to login at messages.att.net I can partially see the site but get an Error EC35

Code: UIB.SUBSCRIBER.001
Error String: An attempt to get the Metaswitch session failed for this subscriber.
Error Detail: The subscriber was not properly provisioned in the Metaswitch platform.

I called support but nobody can solve the problem.

I created a new ID but it tells me the phone number is tied to this account so I can't remove the number since I can't logon.

Is there any way to get support for Media ID account reset or delete? If you go to the messages.att.net the only support I can find is after you logon but I can' logon.

Has anyone solved this problem? I have the same issue, and it is several months after it happend to you.

try clearing the cache and cookies of your browser or try using another browser and if that fails have customer care delete your media id and then with them on the line you go through creating another one again. (FYI do not call from your wireless phone, call from another number.)
