Not receiving text messages

I can send SMS txt messages. And up until a couple days ago, I received txts. just fine. But, now I do not. What can I do to start receiving my txts again? my friends think they're being ignored

I'm having the same problem. I do not receive plain text messages (SMS) from my friends with Verizon service.

Apparently there is some sort of rolling outage as I am not unable to send or recieve text messages.

That usually indicates a provisioning issue on ATTM`s side, a quick call to them should be done to have this fixed for you.
