If you haven't sone so, turn your phone off for about 10 minutes and turn it back on. That does 2 things.
- It reboots you phone. Sometimes you have to reboot it to clear out memory issues.
- It forces your phone to re-register on the network. Sometimes this will reset your connection if there was problems.
If that does not solve the issue I would suspect and data network issue in your area. Although the OZ messenger uses text messages for sending/receiving messages it does require data access to sign-in/out of the messenger service (this data is counted against your messaging plan and not regular data). If the data netwrok is having issues then you will have probolems with the OZ messenger get on and out of the service.
You can also call customer service and report the issue for further troubleshooting and opening a support ticket if it is network related.
