Sierra Wireless USB Connect Mercury Not recognising Sim Card

My adaptor was working okay, but now when connected says No Sim card The sim card works okay in the phone. I have reinstalled ATT & T communication manager with no effect Any suggestions please

If you can put another simcard in the aircard and see if it can detect it, if it cant you will have to get the aircard replaced.
