Hello, I had something weird happen while trying to text message a coworker. Both of us have an iphone 4s and I sent her messages which she did not receive, however, someone else did - because they sent me replies. These replies looked like they were coming from my coworker, who was sitting right next to me and did not sent them. And, whoever responded seemed unsure either why they were receiving strange messages. So, both me and my coworker are stumped as to why this happened. Because, only days earlier we were both getting each other's messages fine. It seems that somehow messages I send to her are rerouted to somebody else and when that person responds, it appears as though my coworker is responding. However, for test purposes, she texted me and that text came through just fine. So I received both her own message and someone else's that looked like coming from her.
We did double check her phone number and it is correct. She also called ATT but they were stumped as well.
So, if anybody knows why this happened, we would really appreciate your feedback.
Thanks!

I think they were iMessages at first, but then I disabled the feature and they were regular messages.
