Not unless your child uses a smartphone that allows installation of some sort of SMS spy.

There is no way of viewing them online. You would have to physically get a hold of the phone and view them from there unless they're alraedy deleted.

You must have a BlackBerry and Windows Mobile devices to use that service.  If you son is smart enough he'll find out that your spying on him and will find a way past it.

I do not know anybody that has used this yet, but it looks good - you might want to check it out.
