Texting issues

I was recently out of town with my phone turned off for 2 days, when I came home and turned it back on, I have noticed now that some people get my texts and some dont, from all different wireless services including AT&T. I have an Iphone 4s and I have already done the hard reset on it, any other answers??? Very frustrating as I cant communicate early with my boss etc without have to interrupt them with a phone call.

It is not always the phone. It may be the Internet as texts are pushed through the Imternet.
