Unable to Read MMS Messages

I have unlimited test messaging on my phone, but I have NO data plan. I recieve MMS messages on my phone but I cannot open them. Do I need a data plan to read these?

Check Data Enabled even if you don't have data. This wil enable MMS but not the web(enabled by data plan). MMS data is not counted as data even though it uses data - it is accounted as messaging.

If you are using a smartphone, it's at menu >settings > wireless > mobile.

If you are using other phones, you may not have the data enable option.

You may want to call AT&T customer service.
