I've got an LG Shine and have and unlimited text and data plan. Does picture messaging fall under the unlimited data plan? I've got a $60 charge on my bill and I'm not sure what it's from.

No, picture messages are part of your messaging plan and includes the data picture messaging uses.
If you have a $60 charge on your bill it should state exactly what that charge was for. ATT provides pretty detailed billing for charges.

call customer care and have them review your bill with you. Make sure it's not from going over your peak minutes. Did you add any new features to your plan? What about purchasing ringtones and such?

The only single $60 charges I have really remembered seeing are DataConnect and Tethering data plans.
