I have unlimited Messaging, but cant send mms because i dont have an internet plan, my dad called today so that they can unblock the internet to send mms, but the guy said that our messaging plan doenst cover mms, is this true?

That would depend on the option selected. There are two different ones, (though sadly both are the same cost). There would be the newer "Messaging Unlimited" or the original "Unlimited Texting".

If you have Unlimited Text, it'll need to be changed to the Messaging Unlimited feature first. That feature includes Text, MMS (pics, vids, etc.) and if the phone is configured correctly, IM.

If what you currently have though is the Messaging Unlimited plan, then the AT&T agent was wrong and your Messaging feature DOES in fact include MMS, when they remove the Internet Block.
