I have the wifi plan for $60 for 5mb. Is there any plan for AT&T to offer other plans with more mbs?

There is no data limit on WiFi. WiFi is unlimited.

I believe the $60 plans your talking about is Dataconnect or Tethering plans and those have a 5GB limit per month (not 5MB). Thats as high as they allow without incuring the additional rate charges which you can see here:
