hi, I'm keeping receiving this wrong message. And it takes me 10 cents each time, may I ask why?

10086 error invalid number, please resend using a valid 10 digit mobile number or valid short code, HF
And it takes me 10 cents each time, may I ask why?

In general, the message is self explanatory if in fact you were trying to send a text message.
But if you were not trying to send a text message, it could be confusing. You may want to check if there was a text message in your OutBox folder or similar folder. If so, you can check to whom it is addressed. Is that message addressed to a 10 digit number?
