rhapsody service and 881u card

Something i just noticed

first of all, i am using XP sp3 and Dial-Up connection instead of ACM.

It seems as recently as a week ago, I can no longer use the Rhapsody service using my DUN connection. I'm not talking about the phone service but the "Actual" Rhapsody service at www.rhapsody.com. I can open up www.rhapsody.com but i cant download the software. However I can use it using ACM. I know that DUN is not supported but can be used. I have always used DUN for my connection. My question is why it works 1 way but not the other. I have them both set to obtain IP's.

I can't even get to www.bestbuy.com/digitalmusicstore using DUN but it works using ACM. It seems that anything associated to Rhapsody website just plain doesnt work.

i called at&t and they tell me there is nothing blocked to rhapsody. I also have another computer that has a different at&t laptop connect account not linked to my account and it does the same thing. So it's not a computer issue.

any ideas?
