wap.cingular indicates data access -- either emails, program updates OTA or web browsing.

Here's my situation.
Voice: Nation 900 Rollover & Unlimited Night/Weekend & Unlimited Mobile-To-Mobile Minutes
Text: Text/IM Messaging SMS 200MSGS $0.10 ADDL - MSG5
Data: Internet/MEdia Net*GPRS WAP UNLTD DOM - CMB1 UNLIMITED
However, my text plan says that I am over by 14. (Included 55, Used 68, overage 14)
If I've used 68 texts, and my plan is 200, how am I over?

If this was a plan that was added during the billing cycle, the message allotment will be prorated according to the number of days in the cycle that it was active. Thus, you could have overages.

The account just got setup on Friday. iPhone 3G, and 200 SMS.
So, the 54 is because the short time between then and the start of the cycle?
