I have searched on Microsofts Moble site and technet site with no results on that error message.Does anyone have any Idea what the heck is going on, Oh, II can get to the internet and serf to whatever site I want to. so the phone has connectivity. Any help would be apppreciatedGlenn

Tell customer support that your account needs to be deleted from the Xpressmail database. After that has been done, re-register your device and see if that corrects your issue.
