How can I deactivate phone insurance on my wireless device(s)?

call ATT customer service and cancel the feature.

You can also cancel insurance by logging into your wireless account online and going to the Add/Remove Features page. Then just uncheck the box next to Mobile Insurance and hit continue to have it removed. Just be careful and make sure you remove it from the correct phone line, as insurance can't be added back once removed.
