I am trying to set up the remote access for call forwarding at the business that I work for. We already have call forwarding set up. Would the remote access be an additional charge? And if not, how can I get my remote access directory number?

Can you clarify what you mean by remote access? You are typically charged for call forwarding calls from your device - including voicemail but I'm unusre what you mean by "remote access"
