Xpressmail is my primary email account on my Tilt8925. I have been receiving this error message since 3/29 any time i push send/receive. Called AT&T Tech support and they pushed me off to call HTC for help (uggh).
I found one tech doubting what I see on the screen as he 'walked' me through the settings till i found out he was 'going by what he remembers' and not by what a troubleshooting document states. This makes me upset because twice, I could tell neither tech even looked into the issue but just went through the motions. BAD customer service.
I read another string here where someone got response from a 'good' att tech that actually reset the account from the ATT side of the equation and their xpressmail worked again. and i dont get this option? hmmmmm......

Exact same problem, but with my Motorola Q9h
In fact, exact same date that it stopped working, I haven't been able to receive any emails since 3/29 as well.
And only with my hotmail account; I have a school email that uses IMAP and works fine (though that may not be XpressMail per se)

Getting the same error on my Q9H as well. Tried reinstalling the software, reset the password. Nothing works. Any luck with this issue yet??

Tilt 8925 shows in ‘Express Mail Settings’ pop-up window “Error S7122: Cannot connect to the server. Please check your connection and try again”. As of today 06/05/10. How do I check out my connection?
