new user LG CU1515 is there any real value to PTT?

Just got the LG CU 1515

i can't see any value to PTT.

It just seems to show you with your party is talking or not available.

any thoughts on whether this is really worth it or not?

hi Churchie,

I have push-to-talk capability on my phone, I don't use it. AFAIK, it's disabled.

According to my teenagers, "It just isn't cool, Mom."

I see no use for it except maybe for work related coomunications... like at a construction site or something.. just my thought...
