Hey guys! I need a name at AT&t to complain or get something done about my internet service? I have been a paying customer since 2003 and I have never had a bad connection (excluding Katrina) until Oct of last year. I pay for the best connection rate and now I only get .60 download speeds. I am not happy and I am very frustrated with AT&T. If I could go some where else I would in a minute, but they are a monopoly here since they are the only ones. Every time they reset my connection (rebill what the CS said) everything works fine for several days, then the connection gets slower and slower.
