I have been a loyal customer of at&t for over 30 years and am very disappointed that I cant receive the same service people in the city can get just because I live in a rural area. I think at&t could spend some of the millions of dollars they spend on advertising DSL to supply it to areas without it , believe me we would sign up, most of us are having to use dial up because we cant afford AT&T's alternative sattelite service . I think AT&T should be as loyal to its customers as its customers are to it. I cant get anyone to even give me an estimated time when it will be available to me, and this is a last resort to see if anyone at AT&T is listening.
SECOND THOUGHTS This agrevates me almost to mental anguish watching every other commercial on TV is AT&T advertising high speed internet for $14.95 a month when i am paying that exact price for low speed dial up and listening to my wife beat the mouse half to death trying to get the internet to respond. I wonder if I have a case?
