DSL works 5 days out of the week

My wife and I both run our business out of our house and rely on our DSL for our business . I have had a tech out to my house 6 times in one month . ATT is losing money on me and no one seems to give a crap. Here is my make up: Cat 5 direct from queen box to office , phone company DSL filter installed in queen box, Westall modem compliments of ATT . Have been moved multiple times to different routers at the Vista, Ca. Office . Works fine for a few days then goes totally dead. This last time internet out for 1.5 days then a total outage and when the outage was over we had internet service again. The thing ATT is not getting is that they won't respond when we have the outage so the problem will never get fixed . Is this the best it gets?? I am told they plan on installing Uverse in our neighborhood you have to be kidding me they can't make the DSL work right.
