Email account hacked and can't get back in

Hi. I received a spam email in my sbc global email account. The email was then sent out to all my contacts and my account was locked. I have spent 2 full days on the phone with AT&T with no resolution. The problem is I no longer have AT&T services, and don't remember the master account that was originally set up. So no one is able to verify who I am and get me back in. There has to be another way to verify that it is me! I really need to get into my emails. Can someone please help?????
