I have gone to their removal site and tried several times with no luck. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now and is verging on negligent on the part of AT&T. If you are going to maintain a list of your own then you need to be responsible enough to respond to removal requests in a timely fashion.
We changed ISPs recently and were of course forced to use a new IP address. The new IP was already listed when the ISP gave us the address. I have been successful in getting removed from all lists except this one.
